I'm a curl specialist and educator with over 20 years of experience working with all hair textures. My journey began in 2003 when I trained at the prestigious Sassoon Academy, where I was fortunate to receive a solid foundation in cutting all hair types including afro and textured hair. This early training was invaluable and shaped my commitment to inclusivity and excellence in hairdressing from the very beginning.

Coming from a mixed-heritage background, I grew up surrounded by curls and afro hair, and it was within my own family that my passion for curls truly took root. Over the years, I naturally built a loyal curly-haired clientele, and that connection only deepened after lockdown, when I felt a strong calling to give back to the curly community.

To do that, I made the decision to reinvest in my craft continuing my education, taking advanced courses, and refining the techniques I used behind the chair. I’ve trained with industry-leading educators including Reema Jaba on the Cadō technique, Aleise from Cut It Kinky, and Jennie Roberts at the Kevin Fortune Styling Academy. These experiences have helped me evolve as both a stylist and an educator.
